Delivery

At Batheaston we have always used a specialist courier service to deliver to your home, they are used

to handling precious items and will ensure that your new furniture arrives exactly as it left our

workshops.  As all of the pieces we make are different shapes, sizes & weights please get in touch and

we will give you an individual quotation for carriage specific to your order.

Aftercare

Generally the Batheaston finish is hardwearing, but as with all fine furniture we would recommend the following:-

​

Spilt liquids should be wiped up straight away with a damp cloth.

​

Coasters or place mats should be used where possible, especially when using hot plates and cups.

​

Underfloor heating should not be used at an excessive level - All kiln dried timber is expected to move/breathe slightly, but excessive temperatures will exceed the natural movement and cause problems.

​

When polishing use a genuine beeswax polish, never silicon based polishes.

​

Do not store in a damp atmosphere.
